Went to Halfords this morning to get a bulb fitted the gentleman who helped was brilliant I had picked up the wrong bulb and he just went to get the right one and fitted it plus gave the car a check eg bulbs windscreen screen wash wiper blades mine all passed he was most helpful and very pleasant thank you once again Halfords and they are not closing as they are classed as an essential service.

Terrible store. Turned us away for a bike rack fitting after we had booked online The booking itself took 3 hours of back and forth with an awful support team as you're not able to call the store directly, but apparently that was all for nothing anyway. After deciding to try and fit ourselves, the recommended rack for our car obscures the lights and the plate making it unusable. Patronising, unhelpful staff. Ruined weekend. Thanks Halfords!
